We count unique, non-suppressed contacts. Unsubscribed, bounced, and complaint-suppressed contacts do not count toward your plan limit. Duplicates are deduped by email.
A small, unobtrusive footer appears at the bottom of every email you send from the free Starter plan — similar to MailChimp’s free-tier branding. It is automatically removed the moment you upgrade to any paid plan.
We will alert you well before you hit the ceiling. Sends past the email limit are paused until the next cycle or until you upgrade. We never overbill you without warning.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of the current cycle, after which your account drops to the free Starter tier. No data is deleted.

Every paid plan includes a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card required to start. We only ask for payment info when you upgrade at the end of the trial.
All AI features are included on every plan. No per-generation pricing, no token metering. Fair-use caps apply on Starter; Growth, Pro, and Enterprise are unmetered.
