1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of the Viperatron email marketing platform (the "Service"). It is incorporated by reference into, and supplements, our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Viperatron is a permission-based platform. You may only use the Service to send email to recipients who have given you prior, verifiable consent. Any violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of fees paid, referral to law enforcement, and reporting to anti-abuse organizations and upstream email delivery providers (including Amazon SES).

You are responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone who uses your account, including your employees, contractors, and any end users of your application who send email through the Service.
