To get started with Viperatron, visit app.viperatron.com and click "Start Free Trial". Enter your email address, choose a password, and provide your first and last name. You will be asked to name your organization, which is the workspace where your team will manage contacts, campaigns, and automations. After submitting, you will be logged in automatically and taken to the dashboard. The Starter plan is free and includes up to 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails per month.
The main dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your email marketing performance. At the top, you will see stat cards showing Total Contacts, Emails Sent, Open Rate, and Click Rate, each with a trend indicator compared to the previous period. Below the stats is an Engagement chart showing opens and clicks over the last 30 days. The Recent Campaigns section lists your latest sends with their status and key metrics. Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between all sections of the platform.
The dashboard sidebar is organized into logical groups so features are easy to find. Overview covers the dashboard and analytics. Email contains Campaigns, Templates, and the Inbox. Audience has Contacts, Segments, and Pipelines. AI groups the Tron AI Studio tabs. Settings holds your account, organization, security, API keys, email accounts, and domains. A Data Sources hub unifies Pipelines, Integrations, and API keys in one place. Super admins see an extra Admin Dashboard link at the bottom for multi-org visibility.
Follow these steps to send your first email campaign in under 10 minutes.
Your organization is the central workspace in Viperatron. To configure it, go to Settings, then Organization. Here you can update your organization name, upload a logo, and set your default sending address and physical mailing address (required by CAN-SPAM). You can also invite team members by going to Settings and adding users with different roles: Admin (full access), Editor (can create and send campaigns), or Viewer (read-only analytics access). Each organization has its own contacts, campaigns, templates, and billing.
