1. What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that applies to organizations processing personal data of European Union and European Economic Area residents. It sets strict requirements for how organizations must handle, protect, and respect personal data.
Viperatron is committed to full GDPR compliance. We serve as both a Data Controller (for our own business data) and a Data Processor (for customer data) under the GDPR framework.
