1. Definitions

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, or location data.

Data Controller

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body that determines the purposes and means of personal data processing (the Client).

Data Processor

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller (Viperatron).

Processing

Any operation performed upon personal data such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, or erasure.
